I. The concept of Open Studios is a proven form of work in 20th-century art in all major Western centers, including Paris, Berlin, and New York. Artistic communities began with the "Great Bohemia" and flourished in the activities of the first avant-garde at the beginning of this century. It was then that artists' studios became meeting places for various artistic disciplines, places for formulating programs, as well as venues for joint performances, presentations, and lectures, without losing any of their primary function – a place where paintings, sculptures, and drawing studios are created. (...) II. We want to implement the Open Atelier project – to create a complex of open painting and sculpture studios, workshops, and a type of master studio.
